- Reservation Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total VIP package price is mandatory to confirm an online reservation at Fumes Shisha Lounge.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made before 10pm on the day of the reservation. Failure to reschedule before the specified time will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
- Payment Method: Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards or by telephone and other accepted methods as specified by Fumes Shisha Lounge.
- Total Payment: The remaining 50% of the total VIP package price, after deducting the non-refundable deposit, must be paid upon arrival at Fumes Shisha Lounge.
- Refunds: The non-refundable deposit of 50% is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show.
- Reservation Changes: Changes to reservation details, such as date, time, or number of guests, may be accommodated based on availability and at the sole discretion of Fumes Shisha Lounge.
- Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the visit, such as food, beverages, or additional services, must be paid separately and are not included in the VIP package price.
